as candidate for the works council election
The works council is the best place to represent your colleagues, your team and your department on important upcoming issues, in the realisation of ideas, but also in the event of arbitrariness and injustice. You help others to trust themselves and use their voice to change things. You manage to get things moving and actively shape the future of Deutsche Bank.
As a member of the works council, you are always better informed, earlier and more comprehensively. You are in direct contact with the management, receive appreciation and recognition for your work and gain a broad range of expertise. You are protected by special protection against dismissal.

Why are we drawing attention to ourselves as a list now and not just when all the lists are advertising for the elections? Because we want to give you the opportunity to play an active role in shaping the works council. When all the lists are advertising for the works council election, it's too late for that, then you can only ‘tick the box’ - but we want more, we want you to participate.
