The works council is the best place to represent your colleagues, your team and your department on important upcoming issues, in the realisation of ideas, but also in the event of arbitrariness and injustice. You help others to trust themselves and use their voice to change things. You manage to get things moving and actively shape the future of Deutsche Bank.
As a member of the works council, you are always better informed, earlier and more comprehensively. You are in direct contact with the management, receive appreciation and recognition for your work and gain a broad range of expertise. You are protected by special protection against dismissal.

Warum machen wir bereits jetzt auf uns als Liste aufmerksam und nicht erst wenn alle Listen Wahlwerbung betreiben? Weil wir Euch die Gelegenheit geben wollen, im Betriebsrat selbst aktiv gestaltend mitwirken zu können. Wenn alle Listen für die BR Wahl werben ist es dafür zu spät, dann könnt ihr nur noch Euer "Kreuzchen" machen - wir wollen aber mehr, wir wollen Euch beteiligen.
