Your Work-Life Balance and Health

It’s not just the pandemic and working from home that has challenged our outlook on work life balance and health. We want to support the aspect of health awareness on all levels, especially regarding the new hybrid working model. We fully support our colleagues’ wishes to be able to work from home 3 days a week – unless there are regulatory or urgent business-related issues which speak against this. Also, a full home-office contract should be possible for family reasons (e.g. taking care of a member of the family or looking after small children). A commute – often a long one – is a waste of time, money and resources, less travelling also keeps pollution down.

Your Remuneration and Benefits

The pace at which our working environment is changing is steadily increasing. Ever higher performance requirements should go hand in hand with fair remuneration, attractive benefits and a transparent evaluation process so that you enjoy going to work at Deutsche Bank.

We’d like to negotiate the mandatory company agreements to your satisfaction and would like to support you individually concerning remuneration and performance evaluation. A major factor is also the correct classification in the various tariff and non-tariff levels as well as making sure the remuneration scales for non-tariff employees are adjusted (min. 10-15%) co cover higher inflation rates.

Additional benefits such as an attractive company pension, cheaper company car and bicycle, health care, additional insurance packages and a free ticket for public transport have to be maintained or improved

To be able to perform well, everybody needs a positive working atmosphere, a fair and transparent evaluation process as well as an individual and needs-based qualification scheme. At the end of your career at the Bank, we want to support you with early retirement or partial retirement solutions. It is no longer acceptable to reduce staff and at the same time not allow long-serving employees to retire early.
